The Center intentionally maintains a small staff. Such an arrangement allows us to maximize our flexibility and effectiveness, reduce overhead expenses, and build the right team for each project. Our key staff include:

Senior Fellows

Natural Resources Conflict Resolution Program
Several faculty at The University of Montana helped the Center create a Natural Resource Conflict Resolution Program. Five faculty members serve as the Academic Oversight Committee of the program.
